When looking at the webage for the Exchange Web Access, the login screen is
so big. I mean really big. Holding down ctrl and scrolling reduces it a
little but its still extremely huge? I have never seen this before. It only
happens in one profile so I know its a user based problem. I just can't
figure this one out. Everything else on his desktop is fine. All font
settings seem normal.

Hi KevCar :-)

You don't mention the version of Windows you are using, which really is a
must when asking for help in the newsgroups, but, try the following as it
may apply
to your OS and see if it helps:

Control Panel>Accessability Options>Display
UNcheck High Contract

Check in IE>Tools>Internet Options>General tab>Accessibility

For normal viewing nothing should be checked in these sections. Also check
the setting in Control Panel>Accessibility Options>Display is set to Windows
Standard and make sure the High Contrast is not checked.

Try disabling any third-party security/privacy programs you have
running. A program such as Norton Internet Security, a firewall, ad-blocker,
etc might be involved.

How to adjust Font size in IE
http://www.microsoft.com/enable/training/ie6/adjusting.aspx

Toolbar Fonts are too large or too small

Go to Control Panel>Display>Appearance tab>
At the bottom of the dialog box there is a window for Fonts
Check to see if that is set to Medium or Large>set to Medium

If that does not resolve it, the select Advanced on the Appearance tab
Check in the window for Item, and scroll down to Menu and highlight it
The Fonts window underneath should then light up and you can set the Font to
whatever type or size you want. You may have to spend a few minutes working
with it until you find the size that will give you what you want.

Hope this helps.
