Huge email can't do anything with it

I have a huge email 60meg. that contains a bunch of
attachments. I can't save them off. Error says not enough
system resources. I have tons of hard drive space and a
GIG of RAM. I can't forward the email to another email
address (Not enough resources, again) Any suggestions?

What size is yr pst file?
Are you using Exchange or Internet Mode? version of OL
