I removed and killed my old disk on 40 gb and replaced a
140 GB IDE disk. Reinstalled everything and have the
feeling that the disk is far too big to handle.
I have followed every description and tried to make more
partitions, but it won't work.I really would love to
divide the big C disk into D, E and F. But I just can't
do this via the snapin module.
Maybe someone out there got the magic key to solve this
issue?

I had no problems doing this when installing XP Professional from the CD
rom.

As I recall the install process had me create a boot partition and
formatted it during installation. I also created the other partitions at
initial installation but had to format them after finishing the
installation.

The 'disk' is a 160 GB RAID 1 volume consisting of two physical 160 GB
SATA drives.
