I wonder if someone can help me:
A problem started when I changed some settings in an hotmail account that
I got together with other my pop email account.

When I was fed up with a warning about the hot mail pst file I decided
to delete the whole file in order to work only with my pop email.
After that I can not send nor manage my email accounts (I got 3 of them
on a pop server) etc. etc. Deleting the whole dir where the pst files
are and a clean install of Office 2003 and 2007 doesn't work either
since it needs the outlook.pst file. At this point no email no nothing.

All I get are warnings roughly translated as: one or more parameters values
aren't correct, this goes for sending-recieving
If I wanna change the settings for my email accounts I got the warning that
something's wrong with the registry or installation, despite the fact
that I did a few re-installs.
I've backuped the pst directory but setting the files back doesn't make
any difference, any can help me out to fix this problem, because I am stuck
and can't use my email anymore

Hotmail ALWAYS uses its own PST.

Sounds like you need to create a new mail profile. Control Panel>Mail>Show
Profiles>Add.

Uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't affect the mail profile kept in the
Registry.
