HTTrack is a free (libre/open source) and easy-to-use offline browser
utility.

It allows you to download a World Wide Web site from the Internet to a
local directory, building recursively all directories, getting HTML,
images, and other files from the server to your computer. HTTrack
arranges the original site's relative link-structure. Simply open a page
of the "mirrored" website in your browser, and you can browse the site
from link to link, as if you were viewing it online. HTTrack can also
update an existing mirrored site, and resume interrupted downloads.
HTTrack is fully configurable, and has an integrated help system.

Not really browser, but for downloading complete sites.
I used it for a special purpose;
when I was a beginner website maker, my links weren't relative.
I had to change lots of stuff when I moved to another host,
but I just downloaded the site with HTTRack and it fixed it.
If you need its functionality, it's a great program.

This squiggle blur anti-form, it's begun to make me feel weazy.

Like an early a.m. after too many cheap Cuervo golds.
Difference here, a good time was had by none.

I too find it to be an excellent program. I'm on limited use dial-up,
so I can't be on the internet too long tying up the phone while I read
pages. I use HTTrack to d/l the entire site to later browse at my
leisure while off-line. Then I delete it.
