I got a good one, and after researching things on here I've decided to post
it since I'm SOL with everything I've found so far. So far, when I'm
connected to our LAN the https pages load up fine, but once I'm on the
Verizon wireless card, they don't load up at all. I've called Verizon, they
had me try another card which I did and still no luck. Checked all the
security settings, and the proper dll's where loaded but still no luck.
Verizon had me go through all of their settings for the card, and still no
luck. Another user with the same exact laptop and same exact model card, can
access everything fine without any issue's. I've gone through and created
another profile and the same problems arise. When I'm logged on as the
Administrator, everything works fine. Able to connect with the
wireless(verizon)card and able to open up any webpage I want. Gave the user
admin rights to the machine and still can't open up Https sites. Any idea's
would be great.

Hi Chris,

Try working, carefully, through the advice at this KB:

Tired that page already and still nothing. Is there a way to uninstall then
reinstall IE6SP2 with Windows XP?

Assuming you did not pick and choose bits and pieces to try on the page,
this is everything I have got:
