https access problem

seems to hv problem accessing only https site. all other sites are ok.Checked
"Use SSL and TLS" and flushing of all TIF (Temporary Internet Files) .
secutriy level set at medium. Appreciate anyone can help.

Make sure your firewall is not blocking port 443.

Go to Start | Run and enter these commans (press <Enter after each one).
Regsvr32 SOFTPUB.DLL
Regsvr32 Wintrust.dll
Regsvr32 Initpki.dll
Regsvr32 Dssenh.dll
Regsvr32 Rsaenh.dll
Regsvr32 Gpkcsp.dll
Regsvr32 Sccbase.dll

Regsvr32 Cryptdlg.dll

Hi Frank, how do you check whether port 443 is not blocked?
I hv gone through all the steps listed below by you and also some of the
info provided by MS in that technical article. Still unable to make it to
work.
Appreciate yr further assistance.
