can anyone explain what this is supposed to show using sus server, where should it be run on the server or the client machine?? when i go to the page on either the client or server it just comes up with three links: catalog, provider, catalog

I have the regkeys set up for selfupdserver and all that
 
The short answer is that you are NOT supposed to run this link - it is only
for use by the software itself. What exactly do you need to know? Have you
read the deployment guide?
