Can someone tell me if this problem will ever be fixed. I am the Director of
marketing for a healthcare company and we use BCM with outlook 2003. We
wanted to buy all our reps pda that use the outlook software such as the
Ipaqs. When we used one to test our BCM this is exactly what happened. I do
not want to change BCM to ACT or anything else for that matter, but does
anyone have any suggestions?????

Did you try starting outlook before syncing? Cradling a PDA while outlook is
closed causes a whole host of problems - all of which are solved by opening
outlook then cradling.
