http:// problem can simply typ

When I go to type a web address with just the "www".
starting it, i get sent to a certin search page becasue I
didn't type "http://". On my other computers, I can
simply just type the web address, does anyone know how to
fix this?

Hi Rachel - Download and run:
http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/regs_edits/RestoreSearch2.REG to restore
your default Search functionality and reset your prefixes. You'll have to
manually re-select any Customizations you may have had, however.
