Hi, I need your help.
"Look for disablehttp key here:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0
\Outlook\Options"
I did,it is set to the default (no value). Do I need to
change it?

Are you using the MSN Outlook connector? Look for
disablehttp key here:

Diana suggested to check the register -When we try to add a new email acct to Outlook 2002, the
server selection for HTTP is greyed out - all other
options are available.
