Hi, tried to view a website I regularly visit & had a log-on window pop-up on
me, wouldn't except the info & after 3 times I get error msg 401.1, this has
never happened before, should I contact the sites admin first to see if the
problems there end? I also ran the 'issues' program within ccleaner which
corrected & deleted a few things, would this effect the viewing of certain
websites?, although its only one website that is effected, also how do i get
my IP address info.? thanks. gtc

Question No. 1: Yes, contact the webmaster.

Question No. 2: Yes, deleting certain files and other things
may remove "cookies" that identify the user.

Question No. 3: From the Command Prompt, type "ipconfig /all"
(less the quote marks) and enter.
