HTTP 404 file not found - Internet explorer

I have msn, everytime I do a search I get "can not open
page" and HTTP404 file not found - Internet explorer is at
the bottom. I downloaded from microsoft file q828750.exe,
but it didn't help. I also contact msn, but that didn't
help either. I anyone has a way to fix this it would be
greatly apprecicated.
