HTTP 400 Bad Request

I am no longer able to access a web site that I have been
accessing for a few months. I cannot access the site
using any of these methods: typing the URL into the
address line; clicking on the hyperlink from any other
website where the URL is displayed; or clicking on the
hyperlink, which is peridocally sent to my email address.
It is not an issue with the site, because I have entered
the site on other computers.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

What site?
What happens when to try to access?
Can you "ping" the URL?
Can you access via the "IP" address rather than the URL?
