htmldoc version 1.7 download

Hi,

I want to download htmldoc 1.7 windows version. Currently in their ftp
web site, they have only 1.8.23 version which does not support
commandline for windows.

Can anyone point me the right url for downloading htmldoc 1.7 windows
version ?

This is wrong. Please read the manual chapter 8.
 
I am sorry. I am wrong.
After reading "The free version of HTMLDOC for Windows does not
include the command−line program." I thought they are not
supporting commandline for windows..
