WHILST RECEIVING MY MAIL I OFTEN RECEIVE A MESSAGE THAT
STATES MY COMPUTER IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH "HTML". IN
THIS CASE I CAN NOT OPEN ANY ATTACHMENTS, IS THETE A
QUICK FIX TO MY PROBLEM
ANY HELP APPRECIATED

Please turn the CAPS LOCK OFF.

You did not say which email program you are using? If you use Outlook
Express, go to Tools/Options/Read Tab and remove the check mark from the
"Read all messages in plain text" option.

Hi Darryl,

For OE, go to Tools/Options/Read and uncheck Read all messages in plain text
only.
