I need something to help me write a webpage. I am using 1st Page 2000
now wich is an swesome prg, but, I want something even easier. Like
the ability to set a section of the screen and say make a table here.
Or to drop and drag a pic to it to make it work. I guess I am getting
lazy in my old age but trying to remember code is driving me nuts. :)

Thanks in advance
Bill

What about Frontpage or Mozilla Composer?

Basically, I would say you are looking for a WYSIWYG-HTML-editor. Search
this newsgroup for that, you should find plenty.

There actually aren't. Most are just ordinary html editors. After an
extensive search last year and quite a bit of feedback from the group,
the really only decent wysiwyg editor found was TSW Webcoder 4 (last
time I looked, it was up to v5)

TSW Webcoder

dl page: http://www.tsware.net/download.php

Good luck!

I think Nvu might be a bit tough for the OP, who seems to be a bit of a
newbie.

I've had problems with it, which may be my fault, but with no help file I
found it ver hard going, and some things, like the ftp facility, completely
unworkable.

I couldn't find a coherent help source on it's homepages, either.
