HTML Web Component

I have inserted an HTML Web Component containg the menu display code from
NavStudio, I have no prblems with all my other pages. However the next 12 or
so pages I'm building contain a rather extensive form and the elements of the
form interfere with the display of the menu. What I want to do is bring the
menu forward. Can it be done? If so how? I can't find anyplace it can be
done. I use FP 2002 and the page in question is http://www.Extravagant
