html signature

I have created a html signature, added the file to my signature, although it
still wont show when I create a new message. Any ideas?
 
there is a 4k size limit for one.
you also have to select HTML as sending format and check the box for include pictures.

I did a search before posting to ensure I was doing everything correct, its
showing as a 1kb file. Its basically my name, SKYpe number and a graphic link
to my website. Cant work it out....even got the outgoing message set as html
too
 
did you check the boxes at the top of the signature option page for when to insert it.
and did you select the signature using the options/advanced at the bottom of the signature option page.
