Html Powerpoints

I have converted a powerpoint file into html, but when it opens up in
browser, it appears on 4 frame pages, one for the main presentation
one on the bottom of the presentation (both on the right). On the lef
you have the slide navigation frame and the notes and outline frames.

Can someone please tell me how to get rid of the bottom left han
frame. I want to delete it, or both of the frames on the left.

Any help will be fine.

Try this. When you go to File > Save as Web Page, click on Publish and
explore the options on the next dialog. Click on Web Options and uncheck
"Add slide navigation controls". There are many other options that will
affect how your presentation translates to HTML, but that one alone may do
what you want.

Hello,

PowerPoint does not have the specific capability that you are looking for.
If you choose the Web option to disable the navigation controls it will
hide the outline frames but also hide the navigation frame below the slide
(you would have to provide your own navigation elements as part of the
actual slides). Of course, if you are familiar with HTML you can
(completely unsupported) manually edit the resulting HTML files after the
fact (I'll leave it to others to provide the details).

If you (or anyone else reading this message) think that PowerPoint should
provide this functionality (without have to resort repeatedly to manual
workarounds), don't forget to send your feedback (in YOUR OWN WORDS,
please) to Microsoft at:

http://register.microsoft.com/mswish/suggestion.asp

It's VERY important that, for EACH wish, you describe in detail, WHY it is
important TO YOU that your product suggestion be implemented. A good wish
submssion includes WHAT scenario, work-flow, or end-result is blocked by
not having a specific feature, HOW MUCH time and effort ($$$) is spent
working around a specific limitation of the current product, etc. Remember
that Microsoft receives THOUSANDS of product suggestions every day and we
read each one but, in any given product development cycle, there are ONLY
sufficient resources to address the ones that are MOST IMPORTANT to our
customers so take the extra time to state your case as CLEARLY and
COMPLETELY as possible so that we can FEEL YOUR PAIN.

IMPORTANT: Each submission should be a single suggestion (not a list of
suggestions).
