This is a 2 part question
I have Outlook 2000 and I receive one email weekly that always comes in an HTML format. I used to be able to read these emails but now I no long can. I am not sure if a setting has changed or not but I cannot seem to figure out how to change it back. How do I make incoming HTML emails readable? I want to keep my outgoing message in plain text.
Also, I receive emails that will have a picture imbedded in it but it only shows up with a red X. Microsoft Help explains how to change the setting to view these pictures in Outlook 2003 but that feature isnt in Outlook 2000. How do I make them viewable
If someone out there can help me, could you prossible send the help to my email address and put in the subject line: Microsoft Outlook help. Thank you

Do you have a spamfilter installed? It could be that is has it settings to
block the pictures and to only permit Plain Text mails. Note that some
virusscan and firewall products also holds spam filters these days.
