html page as win32 resource inside NET assembly

is there an easy way of inserting a html page as win32 resource to NET class
library and give it the name so that I could navigate to the page by
'res:/myLibrary.dll/myTemplate.html'? what tools should I use?

I use print templates to customize the webBrowser printing capabilities and
I do not like the idea of having the template inside the separate disk file.
