Every message I view in WLMD I need to press ALT+SHIFT+H to view in html
format. How do I view all messages in HTML format by default without acessing
shortcuts.

Tools | Options | Read
Uncheck Read all messages in plain text.

You do know how to get the menu, don't you?

Did you click the Icon up at the top right to bring up the menu?
