Hi Shawn,
When I experience that symptom on my computer, I am able to solve it by registering
urlmon.dll. To properly register it:
Quit all programs that are running. Click Start, click Run, type the following
command, and then click OK:
regsvr32 URLMON.DLL
When you receive the "DllRegisterServer URLMON.DLL succeeded." message, click OK.
