HTML Help not installed

Hi

I have installed a program on Windows Vista and even when I tray to activate
help an error message is displayed:
This program needs the installation of MS HTML help 1.2 or higher.

Hi Andy,

I would contact the program vendor for assistance, the program may require a
patch or upgrade. If it relies on winhlp32.exe (.hlp files), then you should
be made aware that support for that help format was removed from Vista.
There may be a separate download later this year for this, but that format
is going away, see: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/917607
