I have a user with Office 2003, IE 6.x, Windows 2000, latest service and
security patches across the board..
When she attempts to print an html formatted message, 4-5 letters along the
left margin are truncated. RTF and other apps print just fine. She prints
fine to other printers.
This is a LANIER LD238c PCL 5c copier/printer. I've re-installed the print
drivers, run Office repair, and checked IE for default settings. I can print
an html message to that printer with Off2003 and XP. Is this just a Win2k
thing? Does anyone know of a fix?
