html error

I am not a webmaster and had been learning while doing. Somebody
pointed out a html error while browsing and I don't know how to
identify and correct it. Can anybody tell help me?

Could you be more specific about what Somebody said to you? What sort of
"html error" did they say it was?

"an" error is a bit of an understatement. The W3 validator finds 500 of
them -

Some are much more serious than others.... In short, the page is a train
wreck. Sorry.

Thanks. Leave aside the site, I am a wreck! Now is there a solution?
Because if I change the template, I will lose all the ads and widgets
and I may again make mistakes Can you help me?.

I'm not sure. The code is a seriously pluperfect mess. Let's start by
taking a look at the template page. Can you upload it and post a link to

A/ There are two types of templates, simple and full template..Which
one?
B/ Can I copy and paste on a web page and give you URL?
C Or give you my blogger log in details and you can see? There is no
hidden treasure or anything confidential and I can always change my
password.
