HTML Effects

For some reason whenever I want to apply Dynamic HTML
Effects to my menu text on my designing webpage through
FP2000 and going through Format>Dynamic HTML Effects, I'm
getting "ON=Mouse Over"; "Apply=Formatting"; Choose
Setting=Choose Font/Choose Border" I can not possible go
beyond such point. What am'I doing wrong?
Please...would any body help me?

Select your text and use Format Dynamic Effects
- make sure in Tools Page Options Compatibility you have CSS and Dynamic Html selected
