I just bought a new computer w/ Windows XP Professional.
My old computer had Windows 98, and had FrontPage Express
as the HTML editor. What does XP Professional use as the
HTML editor?

Nothing special is provided in a WYSIWYG HTML editor. Microsoft
packaged FP with Win 98 way back then as a "loss leader" to get people
into web page making. Now they can sell you a real copy of Front Page.

There are any number of free WYSIWYG HTML editors available for
download, or use some of the HTML editors, or simply use Notepad and/or
Wordpad.
