I am considering my on webpage, but my ISP requires that I use a HTML Editor
to build it. I started looking in to HTML,(which I know nothing about), and
now I have a headache! Can anyone tell me if this is gonna be worth the
trouble to learn HTML or is there another (easier) way to acomplish the same
results? The webpage was really gonna just be a homepage for my personal
use.
 
Use word and save as html. You don't need to know it to use it. You don't know word processing codes but can still format and type a document.

Why does your ISP care how you create the pages?? Whether you
use Notepad, Word, or some WYSIWYG HTML Editor shouldn't matter to
them as all they get from you is the completes HTML document.

There are several decent freeware apps for creating WebPages including the
good old FrontPage Express which used to be supplied with IE4 and lower

Express is a lite version of FrontPage but will enable you to create a
decent homepage although there are no whistles and pops. Tutorial
