HTML E-Mail

Any advice? I can receive HTML e-mail, but I apparently
cannot send it. I recently purchased a program to send
HTML e-mail using templates, but when I send test messages
to myself, they come through in a text format. Under
my "tools" "options" "mail delivery" menu, I have
the "HTML" option chosen and I also receive other HTML e-
mail from outside sources. However, when I send it from
my computer to myself or others, the HTML does not work.
Any ideas?

So what e-mail client DO you use? Outlook? Well, how about using IT to send HTML-formatted test e-mails instead of the unnamed "program"? It this unnamed program runs as a plug-in, disabled it and try using just Outlook. I've been sending HTML-formatted e-mails quite successfully for many years using Outlook through several versions, so I have to assume it is the unnamed program that is causing the problem - so get rid of it since it obviously doesn't work.
