HTML e-mail not arriving as I sent it

I'm sending out an html e-mail - but it arrives on some computers (Outlook
AND Outlook Express) showing just the text and links - with all graphics
included as attachments - instead of one nice-looking html document.
It arrives on my own computer (Outlook) this way.
Any idea WHY? It's driving me crazy!
Thanks,

It's probably beyond your control. Some recipients have their e-mail client apps
set to receive only text messages. Some may be passing through company servers
that convert them also. This is usually done for safety reasons.

Check to see if these particular recipients can receive any HTML messages at
all.

I don't think it's the Text Message feature that is causing this. My
husband's computer receives HTML e-mail messages all the time. But this one I
sent him didn't work. I always cc myself and they NEVER work. Yet I receive
html e-mail from others.

Your initial query implied that this only happens to some recipients. If it's
happening to all, verify your format settings (Tools > Options > Mail format).
If you're really using rich text format in lieu of HTML, there is an option to
convert these to plain text when sent via the internet.
