S sherry Jan 19, 2004 #2 hi amar, goto: tools-->options-->mail format--> select HTML now click "signature picker" click "new"--> "2 use this file as a template" and select the HTML file you wanna use alternately you can also click new and use the basic or advanced editor jst remember that the "advanced editor" requires u to have an HTML editor installed. - sherry p3HT.526ddr.80.58x
