HTA question

Can I run my HTA application in the Browser that would have no scroll bars,
and no title bar meaning the most outer border is my application's border?

Yes, I was able to get rid of a border, but can I also remove both scroll
bars?

In the application parameters set Scroll= "no"

Everything is working now except I have a strange effect. When I start my
HTA Windows task bar vanishes in a second.
Here are my complete settings:
