My computer (using Windows XP) went off-line while my son was playing online games (supervised), then this errror created an icon/shortcut on my desktop. Seems to be related to Java. Has anyone seen this before and any suggestions what to do about it???

It looks like a 'generated' error message you can submit.
Get your AV to check it for anything suspicious then either delete it or open it. Myself, I would just delete it.
