hpzjrd01.dll error

New computer, getting error msg on every restart The appplication has
failed to start because hpzjrd01.dll was not found. Reinstalling the
application may fix this problem. In the title bar IT says
HPHMON.06.EXE, UNABLE TO LOCATE COMPONENT. Yikes, help please!
