HPOfficejet 7310 All-in-One Connection Error - FAX

This device was previously working great on several computers. My ds
was out for a day and since I have been unable to FAX from one of th
PC's. I can fax from the device itself, but on this one pc it tell
me that I have a connection error, altho it finds the printer fin
during the install process

I am connected to a network with an ethernet cable.

I have gone round and round with HP and have uninstalled an
reinstalled numerous times to no avail.

If anyone has knowledge of how to fix this annoying problem, I'
appreciate the help

have you checked device sharing, security and all of the permissions
associated witha the printer and printer software as well as the folder
permissions.

in 1 year...OH MY GOD. Talk about TYPE-ARRHEA. More than 15 messages a
day...everyday...Just on Google!!! WOW!!!! DUDE YOU NEED A
LIFE...BBBBBBAAAAADDDDDD.
 
Now another computer has the same problem, even though I could fa
from it yesterday. Ran through all the unistall, install protocol
and still can't fax from it. I can still print from it to the sam
device though
