B Bob Eager Dec 21, 2003 #2 I have the 'PC Load Letter' message and the PC drawer is nearly full. What is it that senses the paper in the drawer? Click to expand... I already answered this. The software is calling for 'letter size' paper. That's not what you have in the drawer. (if it is, give more details).

F Fred Farkle Dec 22, 2003 #3 I already answered this. The software is calling for 'letter size' paper. That's not what you have in the drawer. (if it is, give more details). Click to expand... Pull the drawer out and tilt the printer back. Look on the bottom of the printer where the drawer sits and make sure the sensor flag is still there. If the flag is missing, it will also give this error. Replace it if its not there. (e-mail address removed)
