HPII Thingy Question

Where does one obtain that thing that comes with a new cartridge that has
the little swab on one end for cleaning the part under the "door" (fusing
assembly).
You then remove the old thingy and put in the new one as a swiper.

I don't want to buy a new cartridge, but I do want the swiper thing. Anyone
know what
this is called or where I could buy one?
