hpcmpmgr.exe menu window keeps popping up/when logging off

Whenever I log-off my computer, a menu window appears that says at the top of it Ending Program hpcmpmgr.ex
and prompts you to end now if you want to risk the chance of losing any unsaved information or you can wait untill the timer ends on it.
 
I believe this is a utility from hp. either uninstall it or find the program
and change the settings. either this is not a framework issue and doesn't
need to be posted here

The exact message appears on my computer also.

What causes it and what gets rid of it ???

I'm back again..with the solution !

Go to Google and type hpcmpmgr.exe
Select the very first item.. it's a Dell solutions website which will connect you to a link called
hpcmpmgr disable.exe which you can download.

It worked like a charm...
