Our older HP all-in-one (printer-fax type machine) has a rubber thing
that controls how the paper is pulled into the printer so that it
pulls one sheet at a time. We have been able to buy replacements to
fix any problem with the way it feeds paper.
My 990 has been pulling in 2 sheets, sometimes the 2nd partially
pulled after the 1st so that it prints part of the picture on each
sheet. Or it prints the 1st great but the middle light flashes and,
when pressed, feeds a 2nd sheet that was partially drawn in but not
printed.
I know I'm not being technical enough in my words because I don't know
the corrrect ones to use. But is there a way for us to fix this
problem so that the printer draws in 1 sheet, prints it and then is
finished?
