This is a strange problem. I have a customer that runs XP Pro. She has a HP712C printer. from her machine the printer stops printing; no matter the application. I have her network running just fine. Another workstation on the network running XP Home prints from it just fine. At this point, I am unclear if it is a IRQ/DMA/port problem... She has it at home and I dont get to look at it very often..According to HP they dont yet make a driver compatible with XP, BUT like I stated before it runs fine on another workstation..Can somebody please help?...Thanks.

Hello
That printer is has supported driver in XP, maybe she can update the drivers
in the device manager and that will work.
My printer got to where it wouldn't eject the paper the other day and I
removed and reinstalled the drivers and that fixed it. (so far anyway)....:)
