hp5652 seems a problem

i noticed a tik-tik every time that he prints.This noise becomes from the
carriage.Every time that the carriage change direction makes a tik-tik.
I disconnect the printer for current and move sligtly the carriage with my
hand,and i see that there is a "back-lash".Does anybody have noticed this
"issue" or is only my printer?

Yes it is a problem.I called hp service and told me to replace printer with
new one.
