Toolbox HPWHTBX.EXE is not functional. It shows up in "running processes"
but is not in the system tray. Double clicking again only gets another
instance showing up in "running processes". My system is Dell 8300 2.8GHz,
1GB RAM running XP Home SP2. My version of HPWHTBX.EXE is
2003.923.0.0 280K of 09/23/2003 2:43PM. I really need a way to check my ink
level, is there a later version or some fix for this problem?

This is a question for HP tech support since this is not a Windows
issue.

I've tried HP support forums and Tech Chat-neither were helpful, they were
downright vague hence my enquiry here.
