HP ZE4145 keyboard problems

When I press the t, y, [, ], back or caps lock key they open programs like
save file and others.
I've tried uninstalling the driver and updating the driver and the bios; no
change.
Any idea what could be causing this?

It isn't the driver that is causing this - you've got some HP keyboard
shortcut/multimedia program running. Do clean-boot troubleshooting to
determine what is is and then don't run it.

I tried the Msconfig Utility, nothing worked.
I selected the Diagnostic Startup. Restated. No change.
I selected the Selective Startup w/ Load Startup Services Unselected.
Restarted. No change.
I selected the Selective Startup w/ Load Startup Items Unselected.
Restarted. No change.

What does "nothing worked" mean? Your HP laptop has special function
keys that start programs. A fast perusal of HP's tech support site for
your laptop shows me that a program called Quick Launch controls this.
You've apparently activated this. Read the manual or go to HP's website
for the ZE4145 to see how to use your laptop.
