HP Windows Switcher

Is it possible and if so how do I set a hot key to activate the Windows
Switcher program, this seems it may be a lot easier than using the link in
the task bar. Any comments that would be helpful would be appreciated. Thanks.

Alt-Tab works in both XP and Vista, but if you have Vista with Aero, you may
prefer WinKey-Tab for the 3D effect.
