We have a problem when we hook up a digital camera to a HP T5520 thin client
or any other thin client on a Windows 2003 Standard Edition server. When we
attach the camera, it asks me for a driver. Since we don't have CD-roms or
hard drives installed, how would I get the driver installed? Also from what
I read on the net, you have to be logged into the terminal service for the
camera to find the usb device. If I do this, then how would I know which
drive the thin client is attaching to. Do I need to map a drive to the
camera? I don't have the My Computer icon on the desktop for security
reasons and don't want it on there if at all possible to keep users from
accessing files on the C drive on the file server.
Any help would be appreciated....
