Upgraded to NP in December. Loaded new drivers from HP system worked fine. Downloaded XP update 2-14 from MS. At reboot system message "new device found". please load driver. Did the update step on the HP drivers? Where do I get a new set of compatable drivers?
 
What is NP? Drivers for what? If you are connecting a printer, you must
load driver for the printer with printer disconnected, if a USB connection,
first then connect printer when prompted.

I'm just guessing from lack of information???????
