HP System Restore Wizard

I used hp system restore wizard to restore my p.c to original factory
settings, but I have lost all my documents including my music and my pictures
etc. I have not lost desktop items/shortcuts that I had before restoring,
which were not original factory settings. Is there any way I can reverse what
Ive done so I can access my documents?
