HP screen problem

hello friends

HP screen 19" PC, displying a small dialog box of screen settings every 15-20 mints and sometimes at the top right/left corner and starts moving gradually, sometimes at the screen center and keep moving around slwoly,
it's very annoying, how to rid off such errors?

Could you give us a bit more info please ? What OS are you using ? Do you have a GFX card installed ? HAve you made any major hardware or software changes before this started happening ? HAve you run any AV to rule out any nasties ?
